Estimates given either for design and build or labour plus material basis. For smaller works, variations or urgent requirements fixed agreed day rates on signed day work sheets are our preferred method of working. Contracts normally entered into would be JCT domestic sub contract or other standard forms of contract.

Warranty & Bonds
As members of the Electrical Contractors Association we are able to offer guarantees on our standard of workmanship and financial stability to be able to complete the contract.
